The confirmation of Donald Trump as the US President has led to increased speculation among cryptocurrency investors about Bitcoin's price trajectory. Since Trump's win, Bitcoin's value has surged, peaking at $77,239.
Crypto analyst Tony "The Bull" Severino highlighted historical patterns of Bitcoin rallies following US elections, particularly after Trump's first victory in 2016. These rallies often lead to significant price movements.
Currently, Bitcoin is trading around $76,000. Severino speculates that Trump's latest win could lead to Bitcoin moving toward $100,000, or even soaring to $170,000 in the coming cycle.
Severino used Elliott Waves analysis to suggest Bitcoin is entering a fifth impulse wave, potentially culminating in 2025. With Bitcoin achieving fresh all-time highs recently, the market remains bullish.
