Swiss pro-Bitcoin think tank 2B4CH, led by Yves Bennaïm, and supported by Bitcoin Suisse President Luzius Meisser, seek to amend Switzerland's constitution to enable the Swiss National Bank to include Bitcoin in its reserves.
