Coincheck, a Tokyo-based cryptocurrency exchange, is set to become the first Japanese crypto platform to list on a U.S. stock exchange. This landmark move follows approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for Coincheck's merger with Thunder Bridge Capital Partners (TBCP).

The listing on Nasdaq Global Market is anticipated to commence trade as early as December 10. Coincheck operates as a subsidiary of the Monex Group, reflecting its growing international reach.
