The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has reported a notable increase in cryptocurrency ownership among UK adults. According to the FCA, 12% of adults in the UK now own crypto assets. This represents a rise from 10% in 2022, reflecting a significant shift towards digital asset adoption.

The report is based on a survey conducted among 2,199 UK adults. The results indicate that over seven million UK residents currently hold digital assets. The increase highlights a growing interest and acceptance of cryptocurrencies in the region.
